{"id":121,"date":"2010-04-15T21:17:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-15T13:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fadzleen.com\/test\/?p=121"},"modified":"2010-04-15T21:17:00","modified_gmt":"2010-04-15T13:17:00","slug":"the-making-of-a-leader","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fadzleen.com\/?p=121","title":{"rendered":"The Making of a Leader"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>This afternoon, I sat together with 7 other teachers to draft the constitutions\u00a0 of the Student Leaders Board (SLB) and Johor Student Leaders Congress (JSLC), which are part of the Johor Internationalisation Programme.\u00a0 It is an ambitious project where the Sultan of Johor himself is the patron. This project is spearheaded by Tn. Hj. Supaat Tumin, the Director of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moe.gov.my\/jpnjohor\/%20\">Johor State Education Department<\/a> and he believes that the time has come to groom a generation of outstanding  leaders in Johor who would provide human  capital needs for the future of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irda.com.my\/\">Iskandar Development Region<\/a>. Personally, I could foresee how students who be thrilled to be part of this program as it provides the chance for them to show off their leadership qualities. Getting to travel abroad is one of its many perks as well! I was gasping with astonishment when I heard how much was allocated for each student who would be chosen to join the JSLC.\u00a0 Oh, how I wish there is such program back in my time!<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_CM0RyPH7boQ\/S8cA7_X-OmI\/AAAAAAAAAPs\/DkLcrIPYklE\/s1600\/alumni.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"307\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_CM0RyPH7boQ\/S8cA7_X-OmI\/AAAAAAAAAPs\/DkLcrIPYklE\/s400\/alumni.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div>A snapshot with my juniors, Azean &#038; Azrina.
