Thank you to the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia for inviting me for a knowledge-sharing session on Online Supervision in the new norm: Challenges & Opportunities. Supervising our students in the midst of the new normal can pose an arduous challenge to educators and trainers, especially in sustaining motivation and learning progress. It was a fruitful session where we discussed how online supervision can be optimised albeit with myriad challenges in the COVID19 pandemic.
