The objective of this internationally scaled conference is to be an instrument for secondary school student leaders between ages of 13-18 throughout the globe to meet, engage and exchange diverse views, ideas and perspectives on global challenges with aspiring peers through a global platform, participating in a rich tapestry of cross-cultural educational environment.

In today’s world, the 21st  century, with globalization occurring at a drastic pace around the world, youth empowerment is imminent as the Generation Y and Z have to shoulder the largest of responsibilities to ensure that cross-cultural visions and leadership qualities could be performed proactively without conflicts; to adapt to different leadership skills and abilities by being global change agents. Young leaders also play a distinctive role in preserving and improving bilateral and multilateral relationships amongst countries; to forge a strong bond between nations and develop as one whole community albeit racial, religious or status barriers.
